Whatever happened to Quentin Tarentino you ask?

Well, I will tell you. He made a decision years ago to stop film making after making 10 movies. He feels directors do their work worst in their final years. In fact he didn't even finish his 10th film, as he thought it was too similar to Once Upon a Time In Hollywood. My guess is at some point he will do another film so his big comeback can be heralded. I am watching the crazy, violent Kill Bill Volume 2. Why you ask? Why not? A little gore doesn't scare me. It's germane to the story line. Do you love or hate Tarentino?

I love Tarantino and I love Kill Bill both Volume 1 and 2. It's my favorite.
My son loves Django, I loved it too.

There isn't a ton of profanity in his movies, in fact little compared to many. Violence..yes.

Maybe he is a perfectionist? Maybe he really see things that people can't see and he does not want to be like others who just go with the flow... I think his passion comes with integrity and honesty... just thinking the way you describe him.

Most are not familiar names. I would say the current hot one is Christopher Nolan (Oppenheimer, The Oddssey, and countless others), and there are some female directors that are very good too. I can't think of them off the top of my head though.
