Up unusually early today .....it's going to be a long day !

I woke early and just could not get back to sleep
I have been having a few weird dreams recently. I can't say they are nightmares because they are not scary or frightening, they are just weird.
Anyway, I had to get up , washed and dressed....I'm not the sort of person just to stay in bed for the sake of it.
I had a cup of coffee ....phoned Mom to make sure she was okay ....uploaded a few receipts ...and am now on here sorting notifications and posting.
I can tell that today is going to drag.
I haven't much planned.
Two lots of my neighbours are going home today so when they have gone I shall go out and pick some blackberries ....I gave all I had to Margaret next door and to Mom ( The Mister took them with him yesterday when he went home ).
Then I shall start my knitting.

@traceyjayne I’ve left my wife to the train station to go up to the mighty smoke to see her aunt, done Lidl with our daughter, and I’m at a loose end now.

Hope your wife has a good visit. I went to Lidl yesterday...hadn't been in a few weeks . It felt good.

@Traceyjayne She’ll be coming home to portobello mushrooms stuffed with ricotta, aubergines and stuff with a tomato salsa on the side.

I'm almost positive that every day is just slightly over 24 hours, no matter how long you're awake or asleep. 
I haven't gone to sleep yet. I've been watching videos online and reading a new ebook I downloaded yesterday. (I've actually finished one new ebook and started on another. )
I'd like to go outside for a little bit once it gets light outside but Pretty is already asleep this morning. Since I'm dizzy and falling again, she told me to stay in the house if she's not with me. We have blackberry brambles at the end of the yard. I'd like to see if the bugs are eating all of them. If not, I'd pick a few for myself.
I don't have plans for the day, other than sleeping, watching videos/movies and reading.

@Traceyjayne Our blackberries don't get little white grubs. They get June bugs, which are bigger than my thumbnail and are easy to spot.
I've fallen twice since Saturday. I turned around too fast Saturday afternoon and fell down. When I got up yesterday, I got out of bed, stayed dizzy when I usually am fine after holding onto the bookcase by my bed and tried to walk, anyway. Pretty heard me land on the carpet and came running in to check on me.
I'm ready for the neurologist to put in the drain and hose now. I felt so much better when I got out of the hospital Friday.

@DaddyEvil. I feel that today will feel more like 36 hours long.....
Hope you can find some yummy blackberries....look out for the small white grubs ....
I'm going to be making a crumble later ...
I didn't know you had had another fall ....what happened ?

@DaddyEvil crikey, if the bugs are as big as a thumbnail, how big are the blackberries. They must be huge !
I don't like the sound of these falls. When do you go back for your next appointment ?

Hello there, pretty lady! I’m up and ready for the day. It’s 5:20am, and my sister, BIL, and their three kids will be coming to visit in about four hours. I can’t wait! It’s going to be a scorcher, but it will be a beautiful day for a visit.

It is Labour Day here in Canada today, so no working for me.
I will concentrate on getting some housecleaning done, so just a different kind of work.
I have my roomba vacuuming for me now, but there are things that require vacuuming (crown moldings, the tight spot between the wall and the refrigerator) that the machine cannot do. I'll do those.

@Traceyjayne Cleaning actually relaxes me, so that is a good thing. I have been off from work since Aug 28th, and need to enjoy this last day off.
