Hershey's Chocolate company has been in business for over 100 years.
'The first candy bar they came up with was the plain Hershey candy bar. Real milk is always used in all of their candy bars.
My favorite candy the M&M were made in1941. The first M&M colors were brown, yellow, green and red.
Hershey says the m&m melt in your mouth not in your hands. Love those small round candies.

I took the Hershey “factory” tour when I was in Hershey, PA in 2019. They gave free samples at the end! YUM!!!!!

My Aunt and I went to that factory and toured it, too. And yes, they did give out free samples.
Robinson, IL. has a chocolate factory. Tiny little burg...it was originally built to just make Heath candy bars (which I LOVE but maybe have one per year!) Hershey acquired it, and they still make Heath bars there, as well as Milk Duds and Reese's products. And when I drove through there when I traveled for work, I always rolled down the car window--because the entire town smells so chocolatey!

Did you know in Hershey Pennsylvania, all the light posts are Hershey Kissed shape. That town is screwed if they ever decide to move the business.

@FourWalls That is to funny, well played Miss Lady. I am actually going to the American Ocean soon because the whole west coast Voted against Trump. Pretty sure the Pacific Ocean is next.

I don't eat much candy, but I do like Hershey's Dark Chocolate. It's a nice treat to eat one of those tiny little bars.

Don't know why this popped into my head while reading this, but watching a show called "The food that built America" they tell the story of how Milton Hershey fired a man named Henry Reese. Three guesses what happened after that and the first two don't count.

Haven't had any M&Ms in ages but used to eat a bunch,This time in a long time when I ordered my groceries for some reason I got a craving for milk, I last drank milk in Latvia, Now that i got the milk I keep looking at it suspiciously in my fridge wondering if I will like it anywhat will try it tomrrow Cheers!
