25-years ago Saudi Arabia attacked America?

25-years since 911. Hard to believe, half a lifetime ago. I was vaguely dating a Muslim girl in London then. Her flat had a box of flight simulators in it when I was there after the attacks. I told the cops. They phoned me. I never know anything had come of that. I was paranoid but many were back then. She had bad breath but I couldn't tell her so a good way to bin that one.
I knew in my heart back then Saudi planned, financed and staffed 911. They attacked the USA. Bush could not attack Saudi Arabia back because of the oil and billion dollar links. He had to attack someone else. Iraq made sense. By calling it the War on Terror he could encompass other countries he didn't like so not to attack Saudi. It worked. We thought two crazy wars.
A TV documentary by American families suing the attackers and Saudi Arabia aired tonight. It showed clear evidence the Saudi intelligence officers were involved in 911. A surveillance video surfaced of them videoing targets in DC. An incredible piece of evidence showed a scribbled mathematical equation of how an aircraft could fly in low to evade radar. The FBI knew the Saudi threat was real and they could attack again but didn't act. The U.S sustain the House of Saud power and reign over the Kingdom with reciprocal deals, military strength and business. But the House of Saud tumble if they dont allow the radical hardline religion there have its way. It's complicated. Bush could not attack Saudi so blamed Iraq and Afghanistan, the same way his father could not blame Libya for Lockerbie, oil again.
25-years on Saudi are still America's major oil importer and do billion dollar business together. The evidence remains strong Saudi attacked the US. Evidence was withheld from above to the court trial, even the FBI backing off after internal pressure to stop upsetting the Saudis. That piece of paper with the maths equation only recently surfaced from a locked US government vault.
Has the day drifted from our minds? Yes. If you tap 911 into google images today you get the Porsche car first up. It will be interesting to see if Saudi is found accountable by the courts and have to pay up.

When this happened in my hometown I was lucky to be across the ocean in Latvia. If I had been in NYC my last job there was just a couple of blocks form the WTC, Yes, the planes were Saudi hijacked, but the towers built by the Japanese should not have crumbled, and it was said for some reason they had been set up to fall with bombs going off between the floors, but no one knew who did that. Then again on the net they say the towers supports could not hold up under the fire and damage but Japanese build their towers to withstand earthquakes go figure,

They did survive the planes impact and were not built to survive a commercial airliner hit .The fires were the problem. No systems in place to put that level of fire out.

@thedevilinme They said it was Saudi's. US lies about a lot of things. Just like they said Iraq had weapons of mass destruction and they didn't have any. But they used that lie to go to war.

I was in search of a job when this happened. I spent a lot of time watching the TV instead of job searching. It will be interesting to see what transpired with Saudi.

I guess there was a lot of rumours going around at the time. It will be a long time before many people forget even if some do.
