It's my niece's birthday

It's2:54 p.m., 31°C, cloudy and warm. I'm at my mom's, spending a quiet afternoon indoors. I managed to charge my phone and power bank with solar, which is a small relief. There's no power, but at least I've got some charge.
I also missed stopping at my friend's place, but I did send a voice note and asked for directions so that I can check up on him before the naming ceremony.

On a brighter note, it's my niece's birthday and we've been celebrating her today. And to everyone out there, I hope you're having a wonderful day.

While I have things to do the rest of the week, nothing is on the agenda for today. It’s 9:10am, and although I barely slept I feel pretty good.
