Its been days or weeks since the last time I created a discussion . Our country is strucked by storms and floods , I cant do anything during those days , we cleaned everything inside the house after flood of mud and everything, we are all tired but we are safe. Thanks God.
I was able to go out of the house yesterday morning and I went to the salon for a hair cut.The business part of our place is trying their best to bounce back after the storm and flood but still its limited for now.
When I was staring at the mirror and saw my hair was being cut , I felt some kind of relief, my head felt light ..
Im not sure if its just me but everytime I grew my hair , I always have falling hairs. Everytime I comb my hair, there are lose strands on my comb, thats why I decided to cut it , shoulder length for now.
Any lotters here who experienced hair fall? What did you do to prevent it?

Same here, I think regular trims really help. Once my hair gets too long, it starts looking rough!

What a relief it must be to be out again and not being flooded.
It is normal and healthy to lose about 100 strands of hair each day. The place on your scalp where the hairs grow out of will push out the old hair strand to let the new come out. So losing the hairs is all normal.

My hair seems to be falling out more than it should. I don't know what to do about it. I'm sorry to hear you were affected by the flooding.

I am glad you and your family are safe after all that flooding. It must have been exhausting cleaning up afterwards. I can understand why getting a haircut felt like a little fresh start too. Shoulder length sounds like a good choice, especially if long hair was becoming difficult to manage. I have noticed that hair fall can be frustrating, especially when you see all those strands on the comb!

Glad to hear you and your family are safe after all that flood and mud, that sounds so exhausting to clean up. A fresh haircut after a rough week sounds like exactly what you needed, bet it feels nice and light now. I get hair fall too sometimes, for me its usually stress or not enough sleep that makes it worse.
