So this is the “prescription” toothpaste my dentist recommended. He didn’t even charge me this time for it. Since I grind my teeth, they want to remineralize my back teeth, and this will do it. I still use regular toothpaste, but at night I have to use this, but you aren’t supposed to rinse it out. I wish I didn’t grind my teeth, but I guess it’s good it’s “only” my back teeth. Have you ever used prescription toothpaste?
And if you look up some of these ingredients because you have nothing better to do, and want to inform me they aren’t good for me (I have no idea)…kindly save it. I don’t care.

Until I just read this, I had no idea about prescribing toothpaste. I learn something new here every day!

This is the first time I have heard of this tooth paste. We in our family use a Ayurvedic toothpaste - "Dantkanti". We have no dental problems whatsoever.

I didn't even know that was a thing. But if that helps, then that's a good thing
