I had a very tasty lunch of something I had prepared early this summer, and put the leftovers in the freezer. The meat was very tender, I think it was chicken. There was cooked carrots and mushrooms. All covered with a dark brown gravy. That is what threw me off, chicken gravy should have been lighter. Also, there was brown rice in the bottom of the dish. It was in one of my home storage dishes, so I am sure it was my own making. I just do not remember it. I am thankful that I can and do cook and have ways to preserve abundance. It was an easy meal.
