Hey everyone, how are you all doing? Sorry if this is too long...I wanted to share a lot. Since is Friday I thought I would share my weigh in, share what I have ate the last 2 days and plans going forward. First -- the weigh in. Starting -- 242 Last -- 229.6 Today -- 224.4 I reached a new low on the scale! so I am 4 ounces away from 18 pounds down since the beginning. I know tomorrow the weight will be up because I was not very good today. What did I eat the last 2 days? Yesterday (Thursday) -- Meal 1 - Arby's double beef n cheddar, no bun or red ranch Meal 2 - 10 lil' smokies and sugar free BBQ sauce Fasted the rest of the day -- 18 hours. Drank water, and 1 zero sugar Pepsi Today -- After fasting for the 18 hours, I had my first meal at Jack in the Box - not carnivore. Chicken nuggets and fries. I also had 2 oreos. I had a protein shake (low carb) to get my protein up and then ended the day with a chocolate mousse. I know, I should not do these cheat days anymore. It is just hard to eat meat every single day, and not get to have all the foods I used to eat. I am going to work on doing that less and less. So hopefully I can get to the point where I only do it on very special occasions (like a birthday or holiday). As for the plans I mentioned -- As many know we've been trying to conceive for the past 2 years and still waiting for good news. Part of why I started doing carnivore was to help that. Not only will losing weight help, but fixing my insulin and other hormones should. However to do that, I need to up my fat. My protein goal has been about right, but for fixing hormones the fat needs to be higher. Yes, even doing that I should still lose weight - especially with fixing my hormones. Insulin is a fat storing hormone and if it has issues you will hold on to fat and gain weight. So I have a list of meal ideas to help with that, and hopefully the weight loss will continue and I'll be in a much better place health wise soon. I mean carnivore has helped a ton already...but I still need a lot of healing. I do also plan to work out again soon, but I should still lose even if I didn't. Just might be quicker if I add that in. What do you all think?

Sugar free doesn't automatically make it better for you. That's what I think. Actually that's what has been proven.

yeah and people can say all they want. Nobody cared when I was eating a standard american diet, but now everybody just wants to criticize every little thing. If it helps me stick with this I am not giving it up.

@MommyOfEli2013 Im not critisizing, I'm telling you that scientifically and medically the stuff you are doing is wrong and not healthy for you.

@thislittlepennyearns Well I can't please everyone. I am just absolutely done bothering with that. I will do what I feel like works for me. If it kills me, so be it.

You might want to cut out the sugar free products. They are actually not good for your health and cause more weight gain.

@MommyOfEli2013 You don't have to be mean about it. I was just trying to help. It is known that sugar free products can cause severe health issues. You can even look it up yourself. You said you don't care. It's your life and your health. If you like it. I love it.

I really don't care. You can have your opinion. You do you.

@MoonMaa I was not being mean. Just was saying, I will have those things if I want. If you don't like that kind of stuff, you do you. A little bit of sugar free stuff is a lot better than all the SUGAR I was eating before. If I die, then I only have myself to blame then I guess.

Hey, the weight is coming down significantly. Don't beat yourself up about the cheat days. You have to have a treat now and again. Yeah, working out should help, if even just to tone up or get your heart pumping. Keep up the good work!

@jstory07 I know, but I really should not be having carb days. Just want to enjoy the foods I used to eat even though right now one day messes up my progress

Not too bad for not even being 2 months in yet. Thank you, I appreciate that. And thank you for always checking these out.
