I recently posted about my examination of whether I enjoyed coffee or tea more. Tea won. I am drinking Bigelow Lemon Ginger tea today. I have been trying to find something to help my gut. I have supplements for my brain, eyes, inflamed joints, etc. and now I am working on the digestion. This variety of tea is pretty tasty. I'm a fan of ginger which helps calm the stomach and may even reduce nausea. Lemon has always been a favorite and it helps support the digestive processes and a healthy gut environment.
So, here's to my gut and it's health. Are you eating or drinking any particular thing for your health?

Their lemon ginger tea is excellent. Thankfully, I just drink tea for the flavor and not the health benefits…although I do have to drink caffeinated tea in the day to keep from getting caffeine withdrawal headaches, if that counts.
While it’s warm I’ll make “fake sorbet,” frozen fruit puréed in the blender. Keeps me cool and it’s great for my IBS.

@celticeagle — ditto. My uncle and grandfather had colon cancer (both successfully treated), so I get that colonoscopy on time.

I keep a jug of unsweetened black tea in my fridge and also brew up lemon ginger tea and have that cold too,

Bigelow Lemon Ginger is good. I haven't had that in some time. Son likes the Earl Gray and so do I. I also really like Bigelow's Constant Comment tea. The hint of orange and a bit of clove is delicious.
I am a big coffee lover, but I do enjoy a cup of tea.
