I took pork chops out yesterday, and then we ended up not being home. So I knew they needed to be made tonight. I had Chris fire up the grill and cook them outside so the kitchen wouldn't get too unbearably hot. I made shells and cheese, broccoli cheddar rice, and green beans to go with it. Easy, filling meal, and it made everyone happy. Even though he child would have rather had mashed potatoes. So that's what was for dinner here. What did you have?
