Eggplant chicken

Last we night my wife cooked a meal for us. She used what we had in our fridge. She Made eggplant chicken. It was little bit spicy because she used a lot of pepper. The taste was good.

Eggplant chicken sounds really good! The extra pepper probably gave it a nice kick too. I like meals like this where you can use what is already in the fridge and still end up with something tasty.

@nawala123 I think Eggplant is one of those vegetables that can go into so many different dishes and still taste good. This chicken version sounds like a good one.
