Today Anita came and we decided to take advantage of the sun and a soft spring wind. We washed 2 big loads of clothes and the sun dried everything by noon. I love spring.
Anita also left me some thinly sliced cabbage to have some coleslaw on Wednesday. Camila is taking me to the doctor in the morning and I´m sure that she will stay for lunch.
I have been trying to come to myLot evenn for a small while too. Sleep tight, dear friends. You are in my thoughts.

There was a time when hanging clothes out to dry was a
thing back in the day but now everyone just uses the dryer &
complains about the power bill being so much every month

The sun saves a lot of our electricity bills. We still have the last part of rainy season here, but there's very little rain. We have sunny days. Sunny and hot.

We are expecting a hot day tomorrow and I'm going to wash some sheets. I think they'll be dry by lunchtime or soon after.
