Up early ( for me ) and a busy morning....

I am not an early riser by nature, and certainly not now I am happily retired and at the moment I am at my caravan ....
However, I was awake early this morning and decided to get up.
I did some washing and got that outside on the dryers.
Got the mince beef out of the freezer for my tea ....it will do for today and tomorrow, saving me time by not having to do the cooking again tomorrow.
Had a coffee, talked to The Mister on the phone and watched ' Homes under the Hammer ' on TV.
What have you been doing this morning ?

@traceyjayne Up early for coffee then a brisk walk along the shore. Asda and Lidl. Peeled the potatoes for a chicken, broccoli and potato bake for tonight. Cleaned the washing machine with special stuff. Made chicken sandwiches for me and junior miss (missus is out playing pickleball). Sorted out my finances. Totalled up my Avios points (146,555). Read a bit. Mowed a portion of lawn.

@Traceyjayne Avios is basically the old Airmiles, the things that paid for my recent flights to Pisa, Athens, Normandy etc.

I went over to my dad’s around 8am where my sister’s family met me to have my BIL set up my new phone. My dad is so loud I had to go to the office with my BIL to hear anything he had to say. We’ve got everything settled now. Then I went to the pharmacy, and my sister and her family went shopping and then will go swimming. It’s still 40 C.

Sounds like a proper productive morning even for someone who's not a morning person lol. I love that you're already thinking ahead with the mince, that's the kind of planning I never manage to do. My morning was just coffee and staring at my phone if I'm honest, nothing as sorted as yours.
