Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 54 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 82 which will be nice. I went to bed early last night. Like really early. My ex called at 7:30pm but I missed him because I was asleep. I woke up several times throughout the night with cramps in my legs and feet. I don't know what was causing them. I mean I know I get them when I'm not feeling well and am dehydrated but that is not the case at the moment. I have electrolyte powder at work so I'll add some of that to my water when I get there. I have work today as usual. I have just a few minutes of notes to finish up and then the students will be working on their own. It should be a pretty easy day. *I hope* No big plans for the afternoon which is fine with me. What's everyone else up to today?

Good morning! Are you not taking Requip any longer? I was supposed to take my cable box back yesterday, but ran into some dizziness I couldn’t shake after going to the pharmacy. So I’ll go back today.

I'm sorry to hear about the cramps. Those are not fun to deal with. I'm currently in the office today. Don't have much planned for afterwards. Will probably just take it easy and spend some time with my family.

Sorry about them leg cramps, that sounds rough waking up over and over. Glad the electrolyte powder is on hand, hope it helps today. Sounds like an easy day ahead, enjoy the quiet afternoon.
