I am grateful that since I have been back from the wedding trip I have been sleeping well at night, and not awakening at 2 or 3 O'clock in the morning. I have slept very well since I have been back. I guess because it is not on my mind anymore, and more importantly the cat is OK which was a concern. Plus the weather for the most part has been good for sleeping. Anyway, whatever the reason, I am grateful and hope it continues. How has your sleep been lately?

Yes, and that is another good thing to love about the fall..good sleeping weather. Our temps will be up and down..but toward the end of next week, we will be in the 70's for awhile, and hopefully fingers crossed..the 50's at night.

@snowy22315 Our summer or the most of the summer's heat, winds down in late July. After that it is just the odd hot day, and your body doesn't feel the stress of the hot days so is more relaxed and between that and the lower night time temperatures, it is easier to stay asleep I find.
When it is stormy season during the winter time, I do not sleep well, too much humidity in the air keeps me awake.

I've been sleeping pretty well lately. I slept better last night with my daughter being back home from her convention.
Hopefully your good sleep will continue

That is awesome. Good sleep, or lack thereof can really affect your mood and well being and health in general. The better we sleep the better for all of us!
