Are You Out There?

When I was about 9 years old my mother remarried and we moved to Pocatello. When I started junior high a few years later, I met a girl named Cindy Smith. She and I became fast friends. We had so much in common. We even developed a language and could communicate between the two of us while no one else understood. When I moved back to Boise, she came to visit me and then after that we lost touch. I often wonder what became of her and would love to find her and be able to catch up. Her last name being Smith it is rather hard to find her. She's probably changed her name, and I have no other information on her. I don't recall her mother's name or anything else that could help me. I have been able to locate another gal I was friends with back then, but she did know anything about Cindy. It's rather sad. Did you ever try to find an old friend? Were you successful?
