TGIF, It's FRIDAY!

Hey everyone. I'm still here and have been taking it easy this week for a change.
We skipped ALL auctions this week and that meant no trip to pick things up. Yay! I did however, have to run to Baton Rouge earlier in the week to meet one of my friends from the boutique for lunch. She needed makeup and I didn't mind delivering for her since she spent over $100. She suggested lunch and I agreed to that. We enjoyed catching up with each other and visiting.
Other than that I have been loading more on Ebay for holiday sales and tagging things for the flea market.
In fact, we are headed that way this afternoon to restock. I was gong alone until I remembered the weekend shrimp boil at one of the restaurants in the small town the flea market is in. So I tempted the hubby and asked if he wanted to go eat there on the way home. He, of course, did. So that takes care of supper tonight.
I was going to hit Walmart after the flea market, but I will make a run over there tomorrow during the day. I don't like going there after dark.
Other than that, I'm just waiting for the LSU-Old Piss football game tomorrow. And no, that is not a typo!!

Sounds like you had a relaxed day. I was just working online, and I just made a tomato pie. They are so good, and a good way to use up tomatoes. I decided I need some assistance to put in a new air filter in my car. It should be simple, but if there is a way to do it wrong..I will.

Taking it easy for a bit is good...still sounds productive with everything though.
Not much going on today here...especially with the gloomy weather outside.

I hope that you have a nice drive and a nice supper following.
I am just about to go and meet the kids when they get off of the school bus.
there's alot of stress regarding the schools here, the teachers are in a work to rule position, and might be going on strike very soon. I hope it doesn't come to that.
