A gift from an online friend

Most people say that you cannot find a genuine friend or lover online and its risky to be attached or close to a person who you dont see in person. Yes I think in some point that is true because even the person you already know by heart can fool you and hurt you. But I also believe that it all depends on the person you meet online or offline.
These are gifts sent by my online friend, she is working abroad and a fellow filipina. She is on vacation in the Philippines now and Im not expecting that she will send me this gifts.
One day she sent me a message asking for my complete address and she sent me a photo of the package. I told her that she didnt have to do it and Im shy , she just said dont be shy , its for you , just wait for your package.
The package arrived after three days , and told her that, sent her a photo of the package and endlessly thanked her.
Fellow Lotters , have meet someone online and treated you as a long time friend? And do you believe that there are good people you can meet online?

Oh, there absolutely are. I’ve gotten some very thoughtful gifts from Mylotters. And when an online friend takes the time to write you a letter it makes it even more special. You can absolutely make caring friends online, and I’m blessed to have several.

You do have to be careful. I have heard of a few people who found good partners online. I have made some great friends.
What a nice surprise.
I believe there are good people online, but you still need to becareful.
