Recently with erratic change of weather I am having sore throat , sneezing and itchy throat as well. Its very uncomfortable specially if you eat and you need to swallow. Im an avid user of lozenges and mouth spray but what really is more effective? Mouth sprays and lozenges are sometimes the same in curing sore throat thats my opinion but I guess it depends on where you will use it, others use them for breath freshener, others for medical use. Fellow lotters when you have sore throat which do you prefer? Mouth spray for sore throat? Or lozenges?

There used to be a mouth spray that numbed a person’s throat completely. It was great, but I don’t really remember the name. I wish I could remember it because it worked like a prescription, but was in no way prescription strength.

Ming's Pei Pa Koa Candy. I always have them. In my bag, on my desk, I must have them. Professional singers take them too by the way.

Strengthening your immune system would help. You need zinc and vitamin C, D and magnesium. I tend to snack on Emergen-C tablets. They are tasty and I get the nutrients I need. I also like Elderberry gummies. Drinking hot tea with honey is soothing to the throat.

Stop eating sweets, and I drink a lot of water, if not I just melt strepsills in my mouth, hehehe.

Lozenges would be my choice. I don't think I'd like a mouth spray.
