Got a new remote for the TV

I have no idea where the original one is. I checked the couch, the litter box, and all over the place but this morning it was nowhere to be found. I took out 2 bags of garbage and recycles last night but they came out of the kitchen so it isn't likely that it wound up in one of them. There are no buttons to manually work the thing aside from changing the volume and inputs.
Well in the year of our lord 2026 you can just order something from Amazon and it gets delivered in a couple of hours. That's both great and dangerous. Anyway the new remote was delivered about an hour ago. I just had to put 2 AAA batteries in it and BAM it worked with my TV. It cost me like $17. That is well worth the price!
Of course I'll probably find the original remote now like tomorrow. 
If so at least I'll have a backup.

The important thins if that you got the remote. I have discovered that if I save up several gift card I earn on survey sites I do much better when ordering on Amazon, So just recently I got some nightshirts and a house dress and along with the gift cards I paid 47 cents. Yay me,

If you have a smart phone, you can use it as your remote for your tv.
