Who would you blame?

Most of our female staff are married. So sister asked them who would you blame if you found out your husband was cheating? Most of them answered, my husband. Another said, why would I blame my husband? I'd go for the mistress. If she didn't seduced him in the first place, he wouldn't cheat.

I would think you are a bad person trying to seduce some one who is married in the first place, but dude, you married the person you married for a reason. If it all it takes is a sexy lady for you lose interest in your wife. You decided and chose wrong. Some people should never get married in the first place, but that is also another story.

It takes two to tango. A devoted loving husband would never be tempted at all.

I would also blame the mistress. Women who seduce married men are those to blame.

@LadyDuck just as I was told to stay away from married men. But there are times when we don’t know if one is married.

@toniganzon - I remember my Dad telling me all the time "do not even look at a married man". I never did.

The husband should still be held responsible for his own actions. Someone can flirt with or pursue a married man, but at the end of the day, he is the one who made the commitment and chose whether or not to cheat. Cheating is a conscious choice! You don’t just end up between someone else’s legs because you were seduced lol. You can’t steal a man if he doesn’t want to be stolen. Even if the other woman knew he was married, he still had the choice to say no. She can be at fault too, but I don’t think the blame should be put entirely on her. He made his own decision to cheat.

Just now
i would blame both but husband is at fault the most.some husbands tend to lie to be single and, yes i read about similar example today.sophia loren was in love and in a relationship with a married man.she met him when he was in his late 30s and she was just 15.not sure did he brainwash her but ultimately, the first wife divorced him and sophia had her fairy tale but that doesn't sit right with me.

That's such an interesting question to ask around the office lol. I get both sides tbh, but I feel like the husband should get the blame first since he's the one who made the vow. Curious what your sister thinks about it.

The mistress. That's her answer. In my case, I blame both.
