Quite A Day

Today was my appointment for my cystoscope. I have to have it done annually for a cancer recheck. Thankfully, I got the 'all clear' again this time around-nothing that I ever take for granted that's for sure.
My husband and I enjoyed the day together.
This morning it was only 8C when we headed out early before my appointment, and now it is 18.5C which is nice, but still on the cool side. The sun is shining brightly but it is quite windy.
I finally had time to get my hair trimmed this afternoon. It has been nagging at me since last month, glad that I finally had the time to get it done. It looks and feels so much nicer. Even the girls noticed when we met them at the bus stop, that was impressive.
Overall, it has been quite a day for me, how about yours?

It's really good to receive good news after a test that you are all clear.
I've been planning to have a haircut but it always gets postponed because of something beyond my control. I hope I could do it soon.

I’m so glad your day went so well. I can only imagine how nervous a person must be. And the girls noticing your newly trimmed hair is just so female! We girls always notice any change in hairstyle!
Today was the dentist, and then I went to the post office to mail a few packages. After that I seemed to get a nap that was well needed.
