Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

Dinner is in the oven so I figured I'd pop on and say hi.
I was here this morning, enjoyed my coffee and chatted for a bit but didn't have a chance to post anything.
The day was busy with just normal stuff.
So, tonight dinner is chicken cordon blue and I'm starving.
We get these frozen chicken cordon blues at Sam's Club and they are really good and an easy dinner. Since they're raw chicken they have to cook in the oven and they come out nice and crispy and the ham and cheese inside all warm and melty (yum)
Our sides will be baked potatoes cooking with the chicken and baby carrots which I'm also roasting in the oven.
Usually my air fryer gets priority for dinners but tonight everything is in the oven.

Two days ago I had chicken cordon blue for lunch but instead of ham, they put bacon in it. It was so good.

That sounds a wonderful meal. Roasts and lamb chops are my favourite meat dishes.
