Have you heard of Muse, and would you use it?

Muse is an AI shopping assistant that does your shopping for you. I think it differs from Chat GPT in that it is specifically designed for shopping. You give them some basic info about what you are looking for and for whom and it will spit out some recommendations. You are free to buy or not buy. I think Muse might be a nice way to get some ideas if you are stumped..but if you were buying for someone else..seems fairly impersonal.

Yes, but they might think of something you never thought of. It can be shopping for yourself as well. For instance, since I want an electric toothbrush they could recommend some highly rated affordable models..but I am not that busy I think I can pick my own out.

I would just leave it alone
Quite sad if I got to the stage I needed an AI shopping assistant.

@Ineeddentures Some people are really pressed for time..at least here..multiple jobs, maybe a job and going to school or a FT job and kids etc They aren't lazy, just busy

I’ve heard of AI shopping assistants, but I haven’t tried any, including Muse. I’d actually be open to trying one, especially for suggestions. There might be brands or products I don’t even know exist, so it could be a good way to discover something new. I'd also like the thought of making it easier for me by narrowing down my choices instead of me having to search through hundreds of products, and maybe compare things like prices, features, or reviews etc. If it recommends a brand that catches my interest, I can always look it up and do my own research before buying Final decision is still on me.
