Anyone for dessert?

I shared this photograph with @Traceyjayne earlier to cheer her up and I hope it worked. Now I feel obliged to share it with the world.
It’s the panna cotta that I made yesterday, 3 of them poured into dinky little glasses to chill and set, and though I say so myself, they were just delightful, especially after a heavy duty curry.
They were nicely heavy with white chocolate and vanilla, and the raspberry coulis tasted vibrant and sharp against the creamy body.
What is your preferred flavour of panna cotta and I’ll make it for you.

It looks and sounds absolutely delicious. I haven't had one in years...but you had me at raspberry, one of my favorite flavors.

This looks amazing, panna cotta in dinky glasses is such a lovely touch. That raspberry coulis against the white chocolate sounds like the perfect balance after a curry too. I'd go classic vanilla bean if you're offering, can't beat the simple ones done right.
