Did you ever have a pinched nerve?

I think I might have one. I was just standing in the shower when I got this big pain in my neck and shoulders. I had to lay down for a little while. When I got up to do my steps it wasn't too bad, but in the course of doing them it was painful..I couldn't complete them. I was absolutely fine on Sunday, whatever happened must have happened overnight or this morning. I hope a pinched nerve is what it is..I don't suspect heart issues, but maybe is osteoporosis. I am getting a chiropractor appointment set up for next week..I will tell the doc on Weds when I go for my appointment, but doubt he could tell anything without x-rays.

It hurt pretty bad when I was walking.outside.and also in the shower Actually, it was really painful in the shower.Crashed here on the couch, or walking in the house all seems fine for the moment.

I'm hoping. I was supposed to call her back. She wants more info though..and I was doing enough of that type of thing this morning. It is going to have to wait until tomorrow, or I feel like doing it.

Just pain in my neck and shoulder area..It hurt a lot. Went on after I got dressed and was outside walking..for exercise. Eventually felt better, but not for awhile. It also hurt last night a bit, but everything is fine now..

@snowy22315 I'm asking because I'm feeling a kind of pain on my right shoulder near the neck. I sleep on a mountain of pillows. Wondering if that's the case. Did some head and neck movements yesterday.

@apsmine9 It could be. Maybe you should sleep with one less and see if it makes a difference.

Not sure if it was a pinched nerve, but I had pain under one of my arms for a few days. I don't know what I did. Then it went away. Then today I had the same pain under the other arm.

i think my sciatica is also connected to nerves but, as doctors say, i can live with that. fingers crossed for you
