Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 59 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 72. Not bad for the end of Septembe. I was able to eat dinner and drink lots of water last night so hopefully that awful spell is over. I took the ropinerole and cyclobenzaprine tablets last night because I was afraid that I still was going to have pain from being dehydrated. I went to bed early and then woke up at midnight. I was like "oh here we go". I just wanted to get back to sleep so I took 50mg of Seroquel. My normal dose is 100 but I figured it was too close to 5am to attempt that. And it worked. I fell back to sleep pretty quickly but I also didn't feel hungover when the alarm went off. I have work today as usual. I was planning to lecture about lipids (fats) but I may just give them independent work so I can finally catch up on grading. No big plans for the afternoon. I need to stop at the post office. I also need to try to rush out of work to get to CVS before 2pm. I am out of a couple of prescriptions and, well, I need them. What's everyone else up to today?

Glad to hear that you're feeling better and got a good night sleep. I don't have much planned for today. Just a day working from home and then spending some time with the family.

@dodo19 That sounds like a nice manageable day. Working from home and then having some family time afterwards sounds like a good balance.

Glad you're feeling better after that rough spell, and good on you for getting back to sleep so quick. Catching up on grading sounds like a smart use of the day, lipids can wait. Mine is just work and errands too, hope you make it to CVS on time.

@Wrexxo Sometimes catching up on grading is probably more useful than adding another lecture to the list. Hopefully NJ Chicaa gets to CVS in time and we both have fairly smooth days.

I hope you can get to CVS in time. I know those prescriptions must be needed. A nap is in my future. I slept thirty minutes. But I do have to get ahold of someone today no matter what. So I hope I don’t have trouble doing so.

@AmbiePam I hope you manage to get hold of the person you need to speak to today without too much trouble. And after only thirty minutes of sleep, that nap sounds very well deserved!

Doctor’s appointment, lunch, head for Missouri. In that order.

I'm about to get some worms from my friend for my new worm farm. Actually, it's called a 'worm buffet' which I thought was pretty neat.

@NJChicaa Glad to hear you managed to eat, drink plenty of water and get some sleep. Hopefully that awful spell has passed now. It sounds like you have quite a few things to fit into the day, so I hope you manage to get to CVS before 2pm and have a fairly easy day at work.
