Yes, that is going to be my tea for tonight. I am staying over at Moms, and as you know if you have read my posts about her fantastic Sunday roasts, she is an amazing cook. Anything home made is great in my book. I am really looking forward to this pie….one of my favourites…. What are you eating today ?

@traceyjayne You got me at home made. Sounds great. I baked a few darned of salmon this evening and had it on a bed of stir fried veg and noodles. A bit peculiar but tasty.

I had a little Mediterranean pizza. I don’t like feta cheese unless it’s on pizza, and making a Mediterranean pizza just hits the spot. I never thought I’d make an essentially veggie pizza, but I sure do love it. Please tell your mom hello for us!
