Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 61 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 73. I have no idea what to wear to work since I've been seriously freezing there lately.
I went to bed early last night. I've been doing that often lately. I took a Seroquel (100mg) and was asleep before 8pm. I then woke up at midnight and I was like "ugh" because I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to fall back asleep. I managed it though.
I don't know if it is the Seroquel or other meds I take at night or I'm just crazy but I've had some really off-the-wall dreams. In any case they aren't nightmares so that is a good thing. And even with waking up in the middle of the night and having the dreams I am waking up feeling good. Now that won't last. I usually start to crash around 6th period and am ready for a nap on the couch in my prep room. 
I have work today as usual. Today I'm lecturing about lipids (fats). It should make the day go by quickly. No big plans for the afternoon when I get back here. What's everyone else up to today?

I’m supposed to go to the post office, but I really don’t want to. My back is just killing me. I know I have back problems, but it’s also that time of the month, and you know how that goes (sorry, TMI). Hopefully, I’ll suck it up and just go. It’s supposed to rain today also, which will be wonderful. The drought here has been bad.
