Oklahoma has been in a drought all summer. Wildfires a plenty, and yellow lawns had by all. We finally broke the drought with the heaviest rain we’ve had in 74 days. With only a low tornado threat (that’s usually a possibility here with any moisture), we’re feeling pretty good. We are under a flood watch, but my city floods when someone cries.
When was the last time it rained in your area?

We had a 70% chance of rain for our ride this afternoon. Not a drop!

@AmbiePam - I don't always enjoy them, no. But they are all great. But yes, I did enjoy this one, we had a great pace.

It had rained in the area when I got into Iowa, but it wasn’t raining. It’s supposed to rain at home on Friday. I’m thankful y’all got rain!

I am so glad for you, that it rained. We have had some drizzles over the weekend but to be honest the ground was barely damp from them. However, we are supposed to get a big rain later today, hopefully that happens. No tornado forecasted here, either.

It has been awhile honestly, but it is supposed to rain all weekend here. We might get caught up.
