Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 65 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 85! That is my idea of what fall weather should be. 
I went to bed early again. I didn't take the Seroquel but apparently I didn't need it because I fell asleep quickly and slept through the night until 4am. Usually I wake up at midnight and then struggle to get back to sleep. Not last night!
I have work today as usual. It is Friday so hopefully I'll get at least 1 coverage. I'm lecturing about proteins so the day should go by quickly. I hope so anyway.
No big plans for the afternoon. I need to order some groceries. Not much though because I am already well stocked and I'm trying to cut costs.
What's everyone else up to today?

65F sounds almost perfect. Just keep it there! 85F is too hot to do any work, and I’ve plenty to be getting on with.
I’ve still got some tree pruning to do, and I want to pressure wash the drive. The Kilimanjaro climb will have to go on the back burner yet again.

I have no plans. It's scorched earth here with temps expected to hover around 100 today and tomorrow. Not pleasant to be outside under the beating sun.

Glad that you were able to sleep through the night without having to take anything. Hope your day goes well.
It's a very rainy Friday morning. Hopefully the sun comes out at some point. We'll have to see. I just hope I don't get drenched leaving the office.
