Spirit Days

Do you have Spirit Day's in your schools? I believe mostly elementary schools. They didn't when I was in school, but that was a long time ago. The other day my 7 year old grandson had Pajama Day, where the kids wear their pajama's to school, Today is Wacky Hair Day. My daughter bought "Wow Hair Color Spray" in blue, green and red color's and sprayed his hair. It should be fun! On Monday they are having a Hat Day. During this time they are doing a fundraiser too.

Yes, we had those days when I was in school. They were more for the popular kids than the rest of us but anyone could participate. (Mom wouldn't let me wear pajamas to school.)

@dfollin Because we didn't wear pajamas to bed. I slept raw or had underwear on.

@DaddyEvil Lol! Yeah , my grandson wore something that he used to wear to bed. When my daughter got this new boyfriend he said boys don't wear pajama's or underwear too bed! He wears short and a tshirt to bed.

We don't have any kids in elementary school. I wonder if they still have Pajama Day here. Seems like parents have as much fun as the kids.

Yes we had a few of those at some kids' school and they always loved it. Wacky hair day sounds like so much fun, blue green and red must look great on him. Hope the fundraiser goes well too.

Thanks! He has very short hair and wanted a blue stripe down the middle and green on one side and red on the other.

Yes, we had Spirit Week in school, all the way into high school. I liked Clash Day because I could wear whatever I wanted, and nothing about how it looked, mattered. I’m your grandson is having a blast.

We don't hear of spirit days in Indian schools. But I guess they would be interesting to have.
