When was the last time you watched the sunset?

My last time was last Friday. I was walking at the Rhine river with my friend. We stayed there at the river bank watching the cargo ships coming to and from the Netherlands. We stayed there until sunset.
While waiting for the sun to set, I was collecting small flat stones for my rock painting. That’s a new hobby of mine.

That is a nice sunset.
Have not seen a sunset like this since a long time.
May be during one of my previous trips.
Collecting small flat stones sounds a nice hobby.

It's been at least 10 years since I've watched the sun set. Trees across the street from us block viewing sunsets here. Same with sun rises. The trees in our back yard block the rising sun from view.

The last time I saw the sun going down was about four years ago when I lived in another neighborhood where the view of the sun going down was easy to see from the front door.

Not sure I have ever watched the sunset too long..but sometimes if I am at the lake and it is later in the day, the sun will be setting. I usually try to get a picture or two.
