Deputies Harris and Wilson saw an empty auto with no one inside the auto but they heard cries for help from the male driver who in the pond.
Both deputies got their equipment and entered the pond to rescue the driver and take him to a safe place.

A bad thing to do to go into water like that. He was lucky somebody arrived quickly to rescue him. I wonder who made the emergency call?

Either a witness or a bystander who was in the area of the accident.
