Going to have a little bit of work done on my car this AM..I am going to postpone anything major until after I get paid though later this month. However, we will see what they say today. Maybe they can fix without having to do a diagnostic..Anyway, It probably isn't going to warm up much until the sun comes out..it is a bit cold out there..and the coming days it is going to be like a refrigerator at night. I got my electric blanket out yesterday. I just hope it will warm. It seemed like it was fading last year. Not gonna be thrilled if I have to replace it. They are kind of expensive. Also, it had a 5 year warranty on it, and I am certain it has only lasted about half that time, but we will see it may work. Maybe it needed a rest..
I could try to replace it, I don't have the receipt, but sometimes they can do it by the tag.

They should, whether they will or not is another matter. I have nothing to prove when I bought it. However, like I said, in the past, I did get one replaced using just the tag. I had to go through the manufacturer though.

@LadyDuck It's a good idea, as I found things like that rarely last as long as they are supposed to.

@snowy22315 - The tag should be enough. I am the one who keeps the original ticket to prove when I bought.

It’s still comfortable at night here, and not really cold cold. But I find that as I get older, I can’t take the winters as well with my arthritis. I’ll never complain, because our summers are so wretched, but it’s just fact.
I hope that they don’t have to do a lot to your car.

I don't know..hope not. I guess it must snow in Oklahoma on occasion. I was watching Pioneer Woman one day, and Ladd was talking about having to feed cattle in the snow.

@snowy22315 Oh yeah, it snows about once a year, and we had a blizzard a couple of times in the last 15 years.

@AmbiePam A blizzard must have been fun for those cattle ranchers..

Hope your car doesn't need anything major done and you don't have to worry about a big expensive bill.
Our nights are getting chilly too but I haven't gotten out my heavier winter comforter., I'm still sleeping ok with my summer weight stuff on my bed. But, I have been wearing more 3/4 sleeves these past few days than short sleeves.

I have a long sleeved t shirt on..I was wondering if I should change when I go for my walk, but I should be able to just roll the sleeves up. It will be cool tonight.

If you were here, you would toss that blanket. Warm nights.

This time of the year it starts to get chilly here, at night although the days are usually warm or warmish.

I am always warm in my bedroom as I have a space heater in there. If it gets cold enough I turn on the whole house heat.
