I hate packing

I have to start packing for Cape Cod as we leave tomorrow. That's the last thing I want to do.
I’ve opened my closet and I’ve been staring at it, not knowing what to take. I wish I could just take the whole closet with me. That would make it so much easier.
I think we are going away for seven days. I need stuff to go mushroom foraging in and then stuff to wear during the day when we are not.
I don’t mind wearing the same bottoms many times but not sure I want to wear the same tops many times. A few bottoms should be fine but I definitely need more than a few tops. I’d rather have extra stuff and end up not wearing it than not having enough. Stuff can get dirty or stained or sweaty. Never know.
I don’t have a sports bag and no luggage either. My mom made me throw my luggage out when I was moving to her house because my luggage was big. I’m gonna have to share one small luggage with her, which is not something I want to do.

@JohnRoberts I was just saying. Some don’t mind sharing a bag or luggage. I do. I feel that limits the amount of stuff you can take.

Can they not do laundry at the place you are staying? I ask because we’ve stayed at condos on vacation before, and they had a washer/dryer for us to use. It made it easier to pack without fearing we’d run out of clean clothes for activities. Because you’re right that sharing luggage is hard to do.

I am not sure if there is a washer/dryer in the house. They don’t even provide toilet paper or hand soap. And you have to bring your own bedding and towels too.

@AmbiePam It is crazy. I guess you get what you pay for as the saying goes. I bet my mom’s friend had no idea about this when she booked the house.

That seems small but I guess you can wear stuff more than once. I’ve never been to Malta but I hear it’s nice there. Enjoy your trip!

I hate packing too. I hate to buy new luggage last year because mine had some holes. I am hoping to get to go back to NJ next year for another concert. But I don't know when the concert is.
