Corn Fritters.

I made some last Sunday. Daughter brought some to the dorm so she will have some snacks there. I just mixed together corn kernels, a little bit of flour, an egg and lots of cheese. She loves it. I love it as well because it's very easy to make.

Sounds interesting. I just wish you had posted pictures so I could see what it looks like. I’m sure it’s good since your daughter decided to keep some and take them to her dorm for her own enjoyment.

They are good, but don't think I have had any since I lived at home. We used to get lots of corn from my grandparents so we would make them sometimes.

Corn and cheese like that sounds so good, and easy is always a win. Nice that your daughter took some to the dorm, she's gonna be the popular one with snacks. Might try this one myself this week.

That sounds SO good. It’s been forever since I’ve had corn fritters. The last time I had some was at a catfish restaurant.
