Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 40 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. That is crazy cold for this time of year! The high for today is 68. That's more like it. I was in bed early last night and slept well. I don't think I even got up to use the bathroom. . . or if I did I don't remember it. Adso as a PITA and slept up against me all night. He has been very clingy lately but he also really likes the blanket that I have on top of the comforter. My sister knit it for me years ago. I have a doctor's appointment today so I took a sick day. I postponed the Baking Club project until tomorrow. Hopefully I can get my GI issues under control. I haven't been great about taking all of the doses of Carafate each day so part of that is on me but something else has gotta give. Aside from that I am just going to clean some carpet and look for recipes to use up all of these apples. I had to buy pectin to make the apple compote so I know I can at least make apple jam. We'll see what else I come up with. What's everyone else up to today?
