How Much Justice is Enough?

I am feeling kinda bad for Christa Pike. Sure she tortured her victim for several minutes before murdering but.....come on. She did everything she was supposed to do in her incarceration. The state did not. Justice time comes and they mess it up. Now they are contemplating what the next move will be. Just give her life? This nearly makes me believe the firing squad is the answer. At least they can't screw that up. Or can they? Could they miss her continuously? Come on already!
