Four for the price of one

Our refrigerator has a cold-water dispenser and from time to time we need to replace the filter. When the filter ran out this last time, we needed one in a hurry so bought one from the store where we purchased the fridge. It seemed very expensive but we needed it so we bought it.
When we got home, Vince went searching on the web and we have now bought four more compatible filters for what we paid for the one from the store. No wonder people shop online rather than going to their local shops. We’d be happy to pay a few dollars more for the convenience of not having to wait on a delivery but being able to buy four for the price of one was a no-brainer – to us at least.

Yes, if you can wait a little while. Usually online is a good bet.

It's a good deal. Especially being something you'll end up needing!

@JudyEv - It's like taking your car to the dealer. It costs more.

Our last one had an ice-maker/dispenser. This one makes ice but stores it in a compartment in the freezer. It a two-door fridge with a drawer at the bottom for the freezer section. We never had it full especiallly now we have a smaller one in the garage for drinks etc. We do keep the freezer sections quite full.

We have about a 5-minute walk which is mostly within the village. Then we go through a pedestrian gate, across a road and we're there. We find it so handy to be so close to the supermarket.
