Has this happened to you, ladies or men? You go on a date with an Ex from long ago, the date is going to the theater to see a just released film and then time passes, you break up, but anytime throughout the years, when you have the opportunity to see the movie again or just the thought of the movie, you think of the Ex? There are 3 movies I always associate with Ex boyfriends I dated, because we saw them at the theater together. The three movies are: Amadeus Back To The Future 2010 The Year We Make Contact. Not sure how many of those you have seen.

Never really had this experience before cause i mostly watch movies alone or with a family member, which is not all the time. Though there are times when a romantic scene can remind me of someone, that's pretty much it.

It's not a movie for me but songs. Too many songs that remind me of someone or somebody, not necessarily my ex. In the End by LInkin Park reminds me of an ex whom I really wished to have married

I would imagine how much you liked or hated your ex. Hopefully it was a great movie, so either way you would get bonus enjoyment or just some kind of enjoyment.

Yes this happens to me too, certain movies just bring back the person right away. Back To The Future is one I still link to a someone I dated long ago, funny how the memory sticks. Amadeus is a good one, I think about that movie every time I hear that music.

I’ve never seen any of them. However, I know what you mean. I feel the same way every time I see “Daredevil” pop up on the screen. I hated the movie and didn’t like the person I saw it with.

I only remember one movie I saw with a boyfriend, now my husband. Vince and I saw The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter and it was so sad we drove off and pulled the speaker out of its post.
