October is really flying by. It seems like just yesterday it was October 1. Anyway, was just discussing my breakfast with Muse, and my plan to log it and drink water. It really does help to have the AI there..as a sounding board..and to make suggestions if I need them. I am really kind of excited about this, and glad I thought to use it. Anyway, not much going on here. It will be too warm to walk outside, but maybe I can do a little yard work. Friend will be down tomorrow. We are going to a movie and Costco. That should be a fun little outing. What is going on in your little corner of the world?

Yep, I have to work on my scary movie marathon. I can probably watch one today. Any recommendations?

@snowy22315 Depends on your taste: classic, slasher, gore, vampires etc.

@JohnRoberts Psychological terror, or classic ,gothic ghost story. I can't remember the name of one I saw last year and the reviews weren't great..but I loved the gothic atmosphere and watched it a couple of times. Not really gothic per se, but I liked The Others particularly in the theater before I knew the plot. The Omen my fave horror movie.

@snowy22315 - Next Wednesday it will be replaced. It's so annoying, I have to eat on my right side only.

Verity..saw the previews..looked good. I might read the book too. I never read anything by Colleen Hoover. Well, if I can get my hands on it cheaply I will.

I agree that October is flying by. It's sunny here today and warm for what should be October weather. At least I don't have to use either my a/c or heat so that's a bonus.
A movie and Costco sounds like a fun day to me. We don't have a Costco nearby but Sams Club is similar.

Yeah October is going by so fast, I keep losing track of the days too. Love that you found something that helps you stay on top of your breakfast and water, that sounds like a good routine. Hope the movie and Costco trip with your friend is fun, mine is pretty quiet this week.
