Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
The manager and maintenance guy have shown up to the complex, so now we are questioning if they will come do the inspection today.
I really hope they do and get it over with.
I'll be stressed out until they do.
Would you be stressed too?

It sound a stressful time ….hopefully they will get it done quickly. Do you think that any work will need to be done ?

It's so stressful. Still waiting. Any work, like extra clean up, or them fixing something?

If you read my Housing posts from years gone by you would understand my level of stress. I don't let them stress me out anymore. I can't lie and I do get a bit nervous and always will. I hate having those types that don't know what it's like to live poor in my home.

I'm sure I've caught a couple in the past...but that's good to hear you don't let them stress you out anymore. Nervous is understandable though, for sure.
I don't like that either.
And they see me as perfectly able, but it's hard to clean as good as they would probably expect because I've always had a bad back.

As long as the place is clean, I wouldn’t worry. Management will overlook a little messiness if everything is kept clean. I don’t love surprise inspections, but they don’t stress me out like they used to. Used to, they’d tell you in the morning they were coming in the afternoon to inspect. Well, someone called them out on that being illegal so they started giving a full 24 hour notice. That’s much better.

Well to a clean freak, they'd probably say it's not clean lol. But I did my best. They aren't really looking for perfectly clean at least for these ones.
That's good they didn't stress you out like they used to.
Yeah, they are supposed to give at least 24 hour notice, so that's good they started doing that... Just the morning of would be awful.
I'm glad they have us 4 or 5 days
