Halloween is just around the corner, and preparations are already underway in many places. Shops are filling up with pumpkins, costumes, sweets and spooky decorations. I always enjoy seeing how creative people get with their Halloween displays, especially the beautifully carved pumpkins.
Have you started preparing for Halloween? Do you celebrate Halloween?

@RasmaSandra The old horror movies have a charm of their own. Sometimes they can be even creepier than modern ones

I like to watch a spooky movie or two, but I don’t have any decorations. It is fun to see little kids get excited, and some of the decorations are pretty humorous. One Mylotter saw a zombie pig that oinked. That must have been quite a fun sight.

Nope we don’t celebrate Halloween at all. It’s not our culture to do so.

Halloween seems to be getting more popular in many places, even where it isn't traditionally celebrated. It is fun seeing all the spooky decorations and treats in shops. Too bad you couldn't find your Halloween muffin. Hopefully you'll come across one before Halloween.

@valherma00 I think Christmas has become more of a cultural and commercial celebration in some countries, rather than purely a religious one. People enjoy the decorations, gifts, food and festive atmosphere. It's a bit like Halloween becoming popular in countries where it wasn't traditionally celebrated. And yes, chocolate lollipops would be a nice alternative if you can't find that muffin!

@Nawsheen thank you, i hope i will or maybe chocolate lollipops. yes, it's gettign trendy.also, i never understood how some asian countries as japan and korea celebrate christmas when they aren't christians (some of them are christians but for the whole country, this is a big deal, i think).
