This is one of my favorite Japanese sweet treat.
It is a sweet rice balls made from rice flour and glutinous rice with sweet soy sauce or sugar syrup. Dango literally means dumpling, si this is the smallest dumpling I have ever seen.
Dango is so good, I love how chewy it is. Never knew it was made with that sweet soy sauce, sounds like a nice mix. Those little ones look so cute, I could eat a whole plate of them.
