Cookie Is In Perfect Health

Yesterday we took Cookie to the vet for her vaccine booster and also for a health check. She hates going to the vet but despite all the growls and barking they managed to check her up properly. And give her vaccine. The vet said she is in perfect health and as a fur parent that makes me feel very happy and relieved. She also gained 1 kg in weight. After the vet visit we took her to the park for some treats and a good walk to shake off the trauma from the vet. She is a happy dog after that.

My wish for her is to live very long. And the vet saying she is very healthy does make me happy!

Aw glad Cookie got a clean bill of health, that must be such a relief. Gaining a kg is a good sign too, she sounds like she is doing great. The park and treats after was the right move, she earned it for putting up with the vet.

We are so happy she gained weight. We finally managed to find a food routine that suits her. We love this little pooch and want her to live very long.

Yes she does! She done brilliantly. She has been getting more treats lately since I started working as I have a little guilt leaving her alone at home.

She really dreads the vet. I cannot blame her. I would too if I get the jab everytime I go. We try to be good and responsible pet owners. I grew up with dogs but for my husband Cookie is her first ever dog. So you can imagine how much he spoils her.
