Today has been a waste

Seriously. I've been awake and then asleep for a few hours over and over. I was woken up about half an hour ago by the freaking ice cream truck coming through. I have the windows all closed but the stupid song triggers me so much that I must be super sensitive to hearing it. I can still hear it. I have no idea why it is still in this complex. It isn't that big. Oh well. I guess that's what weekends are for--resting and relaxing. It is 50 degrees F and sunny here. I had to close the windows and turn on the heat. It has been warm enough that I haven't really had to turn it on but the next few days are going to to be pretty cold. My gas bill for last month was only like $35 but I won't see a number like that again until like April or May. I never got around to making the broccoli cheese soup last night so I am going to get going on that. It is easy to do and freezes well so it will be good to have on hand for work lunches or a quick dinner. I want to bake some bread tomorrow so I will get the levain going tonight. It has to proof overnight. My ex called me while I was asleep. I called him back but got voicemail. I don't know what he wanted. Who knows--maybe he will show up later. I'm not worrying about it. What's everyone else up to tonight?
