It is Getting to Be 'That' Time Again

Yes, it is getting to be 'that' time of the weekend again.
The very end of it. 
It was a nice, chill weekend for me. We had nice autumn weather, with lots of sunshine. I didn't feel great yesterday, and napped a few times, and even then, I still managed to sleep the entire night.
Today has been quiet. I took a walk after cleaning up from brunch.
I made a cranberry-apple crisp for dessert tonight, and I have 2 T-bone steaks thawed and seasoned. I plan on steaming some baby carrots and have some lovely large sized baking potatoes. And I cannot have steak with mushrooms, so there are those also.
Season 20 of our favorite show Heartland, is on this evening. It is always such a great way to end a really nice weekend.

Gorgeous pic..having fish and chips and corn. a piece of apple pear Charlotte for dessert I think. Your food sounds better..I will be there as soon as I gas up the car.

Thanks, a view on the 3 minute walk from my hotel to my hubby's and son's when we were in Victoria.
I wouldn't know how happy I would be if I had views like that every single day to enjoy.
Gas it up, I never seem to be able to finish an entire steak.

George will likely have cookies with milk again. For whatever reason I don't know exactly what I'll do, but we have a lot of cookies. Over 100 dollars worth.

@Juliaacv I buy the loaf of french bread out of the bakery and split it in the middle plus cut it to size for us. Then just put toppings on

Made my own small pizza with a flour tortilla, slices of smoked ham, some sliced olives, pizza sauce and cheddar cheese, I am currently binge watching Baywatch on Peacock,
