Owen Filer lives in Wales, and he is celebrating his latest birthday with family, friends, and fellow veterans this Friday. What is so amazing about this birthday? Owen turns 107 years young. He contributes his long-blessed life to eating fish and chips. He is blessed with 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. I hope this fellow has a wonderful birthday and more power to him.

@rasmasandra I heard an Australian centenarian being interviewed on reaching 100 and being asked her secret. She said “Eat well, sleep well and sh1t well”. I suppose that about covers it.

My aunt is 100 years old. She never smoked, but LOVES sweets and that’s all she eats, even to this day.
Maybe the secret to longevity is just doing what makes you happy.
